All of our writing guides are digital downloads, delivered as PDF files. Because these are instant-access products, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or accidental downloads.
However, under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy if your guide is faulty, not as described, or unfit for its intended purpose.
If the file you receive is corrupted, unreadable, or significantly different from what was advertised, please get in touch within 30 days of purchase. In the case of a major fault, you may request a full refund or a replacement file. For minor issues, we’ll provide a corrected version at no additional cost.
